Location is amazing, 2 min walk to Rambla. It is great solution that they send you txt with door code before you arrive. We were really amazed that kitchen was equipped with all necessary stuff like dish washing liquid, bottle opener etc. Apartment was very clean and nice.
There is a little noisy, especially in the mornings, although this is a price you pay for being in the heart of Barcelona.
The location was excellent, and the apartement was clean. The bathroom was nice, but the shower was a bit small...
A bit noicy at night due to nightclubs close by. And please get some english news channels (!) - not every visitor to Barcelona understand Spanish or the catalonian language...
The facilities of the place are very comfortable, cooking in the apartment was the best idea to save some money... The neighbourhood was great, close to the most alive part of the city and also not so far away from the beach... It is well connected with the metro statitons... :D
The bed needed a little maintenance... And the wifi stopped working from the second day on...
Fantastic location. We walked everywhere from mountains to seaside and everything in between.
The noise from the nightclub across the street, followed by the street cleaners, then the delivery trucks for Plaza Real meant little sleep from 2am to 8am. Heed the reviews on the noise. Wish we had!!
Balcony door didn't lock and didn't get fixed even though we asked. Shower didn't run hot water on the first day,the tap was a bit dodgy too!
Contender for worst hotel ever, easy winner.
Everything. Where to start? Have to ring to get codes, have to supply details for $150 deposit (still not returned mind you). Broken bed, hot water lasts 4 minutes, which is great for 3 people....... But lets go with the kicker. Nightclub downstairs, you cannot sleep, be warned. Not surprised people have left before their tenancy is up. Noise is unbearable from approx 10pm to 6am, street noise during the day makes it hard to sleep also. Steer clear!
