The apartment was really good with all the amenities to spend a good one week in Barcelona. Is very near to the Metro and walking distance to the major attraction in Barcelona.
Although we had advised that we would be reaching at 3:00 PM, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for someone to attend us and had to wait on the main street.
The attitude of the staff greeting and escorting us out was very friendly and precise.

apartment was thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests (hair on the floor), there is no brush or vacuum cleaner - it would be useful especially for longer stays
Apartment was very well presented, all mod cons very ikea, more trendy north european than spanish, staff were helpful and genuinely friendly.
No reception NO TV REMOTE CONTROL, NO PAMPHLETS ON LOCAL INFORMATION, NO TRAIN OR BUS TIMETABLES, NO TAXI NUMBERS.
Central location with plenty of shops around it. Wifi connection was very good and quick. Fairly well equipped and nice redecorated appartment.
Private parking place was too small to park. Therefore we had to park somewhere else in the neighbourhood. Which was actually cheaper and relatively nearby. No airco in de bedrooms, but only in the living & dining room. Appartment did not exactly look as it did at the photos, probably because we had the topfloor appartment of which no photos were taken. The appartment on the topfloor seems darker in comparison to the photos.
Very clean and comfortable
This apartment is in a block of residential flats so it was nice to feel part of the real Barcelona away from tourist hotels. The view of La Sagrada Familia from our window was an added bonus. A quality accommodation for sure.
Some noise from upstairs neighbors and we had ants in the kitchen and bathroom. We reported this at the end and it looked like it was being dealt with immediately. A professional response by the team at Alcam which was good to see. A little pricey for its location - although only a 10 minute walk to LSF it is about 40 minutes into town. However, a taxi was inexpensive at approx. 10E to downtown area.
Modern and clean
The location was ideal, a 5 minute walk from Gaudi's Sagrada Famililia Basilica. We had private parking at a reasonable price.Very good value for 3 adults and 2 teenaged girls. The appartment was easy enough to find once we got used to the one way system!
I think there there should be some sort of info in the appartment about the area, small map with useful locations of the metro, bus etc.

Very good accommondation!!! The best of the trip!! Good connection of wifi, good facilities of the kitchen and rooms, nice design of the style and decoration, great location which is 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to the Sagrada Familia. The staff is good at english. We all love the place!!
Needs 300 euro deposit but get it all when check out.
Clean, good location.
We got to the hotel at 11:55 at night to check in. The staff didn't come till 12:50. We had a email saying they would be waiting at midnight. So waiting outside on a street we did not know with 2 children was a bad way to start our trip.

Location contemporary design very clean
Poor communication. WiFi not always available. No telephone connection to office staff. No information re taxi service, emergency services. No communication on how to work appliances, heat/AC controls. We hd to find outdoor sources for ways of communicating with staff
Big, well-equipped apartment, a lot of different places for storing food and clothes. Good location: 5 minutes walk from metro; a big supermarket near that metro station.
There's no dishwashing machine in the apartment. A sofa was rather noisy. Words about 300 euro deposit are not very obvious in the apartments description.
