  The couple who own it were very welcoming and so nice. I had booked the wrong date (for the day after by mistake) and they sorted us a room very quickly. Close to Bilbao ferry so perfect location for us. Will definitely use again. - Quiet, cheap and near enough to a couple of bars.

There is an easier way to go there without using the bridge, but you might have to find it there. It is about a ten minute walk from the city. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Breakfast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.
