  We arrived late (7:00pm) and the place was locked up and we were not expected. The host eventually answered his phone and said that he was not expecting anybody as nobody had advised him of the booking. Wonderful view of the sea from the open deck. Very amiable hosts. Good braai facilities including wood, charcoal and firelighters. Vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant next door; 60 rands in value PP which is enough for a full english, an extra round of toast, coffee and enough left over for a tip for the friendly waiter.

  I loved the attention to detail...it all felt very personal and not at all institutionalised. It has all the charm of a country hotel but with style. The staff were all friendly and attentive.   Location: it’s located on a main street (Regent), very safe to walk on your own, one block away from the ocean, with a lot of great restaurants and shops, as well as an amazing organic supermarket, within walking distance, a pharmacy next door, and several little but good restaurants inside the building. One can catch the city bus downtown (or oth... mitä ihmiset sanovat » er destination) right in front of the hotel, or walk a block and catch the “Hop on, Hop off” bus (blue and red lines) to go anywhere worth seeing. It - Everything about the trip was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and offered help assistance with any queries we had. The rooms were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for on our 11 day stay. The holiday had the perfect balance of nights out for a few drinks, relaxing on the beach and also taking in all the attractions Cape Town has to offer. Sea Point as a location is ideal as you are not too far, bay car, from the CBD or Clifton beach/Camps Bays.
