  We were delighted with our room at Knysna Country House, and agreed that it was our favourite Guest House during our two week trip to SA. The room we has was superb (though air con would have been even better!), and the owners had thought of everything. I could not recommend this more strongly if you are staying in Knysna (providing you have a car... mitä ihmiset sanovat » , as the main town centre is a little way off). - Breakfast was very good, it would be nice though for you to be able to choose how you want your eggs done, two days in a row of scrambled eggs. Lovely Pool and the family room we had was fantastic worked very well for all of us. Also they where fantastic in giving our daughter and her husband the honeymoon suite. Which was wonderful.

  We loved how beautiful and romantic the room was. Alot of attention to detail was given to the room for pure comfort and relaxation. The staff was very trusting and friendly. - All staff were so friendly and even put freshly cut lavendar in our room. In future we will always stay at this venue when visiting Cape Town.

  We arrived and were promptly met by Deon, even though he just had a new baby! He catered to us even though he was busy! We booked the Milkwood suite and a budget double, and he upgraded the budget to a very nice suite. The rooms were good sized, had fairly large refridgerators, and huge bathrooms. The full breakfast was cooked by Deon and served in a ni - Very nice breakfast, manager is friendly, free laundry service, free wifi, equiped with all the necessities, reasonable price, near the beach (500 meters or 10 min walking), small shopcenter (kwikspar, liquor store, pharmacy and dvd rental) is nearby (200 meters or 5 min walking), a bit bigger shopping center with restaurants and beach shops near the beach in 15 min walking distance.

  I spent 10 days here as a solo female traveler and what a wonderful place! I really enjoyed my stay here. James really goes out of his way to make sure you have the best trip possible. He arranged a tour of Robben Island for me and a really cool cooking class in Bo Kaap. But what I was most impressed by was that the place was absolutely spotless.... mitä ihmiset sanovat » The breakfast was also really good. - Very nice room and a comfortable bed and shower. James, the owner, is friendly and helpful (he checked if the cable way to table mountain was open (because of heavy winds) and if a certain museum was open (because of public holiday), dropped me off at the Waterfront, as he had to go there as well, and arranged a taxi/shuttle service.

  Like a Melrose Place, but a modern version. Dinner and breakfast at the Restaurant is a must. Very good! Staff is friendly and the room is modern with a comfortable large bed in the center. The beach is in walking distance. We would visit again. - We had a really nice time, we ate at the restaurant in the evening, the food was wonderful.
