  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there.   I liked the fact that the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was most enjoyable with good staff. The manager Hayley sorted out my room problem. I changed rooms 3 times. If my request was not available at time of booking I would have liked to be told that and I would have booked elsewhere.   We loved the tranquility and the setting. It was a most relaxing time. Maryliese was fantastic she did all she could to help and make our stay comfortable. We loved her and thought she did so well under loads of pressure. She deserves a medal or a R2000 raise in pay.

  I travelled with my 80-something mom-in-law and we loved every moment in the graceful surroundings. This hotel has been transformed by the current owners and it is outstanding value for money. - The friendly ambience of the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and beautifully decorated.   Staff at Reception was extremely helpful and friendly. As I was travelling alone, the fact that the room was so close to reception, was great.
