experienced personal involvement by the owner to such a degree that I
felt special. He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The
personal service was on the same standard I had at the Sheraton Deluxe
group where I had my own butler.

The manager who went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable by providing an extra room. The hotel is full of character and beautiful - rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you could need including bottled water. The breakfast was full of variety and delicious. I have stayed for over a month, and have extended my stay for two months more. Staff are extremely helpful and kind. clean facilities, comfortable beds, hot and clean showers and toilets, amazing chill out pool area, nice bar!!!

I loved the staff, they were all friendly and helpful :) The backpackers is located very well, very close to all amneties. I met great friends in my dorm, they were very considerate and great to hang with:) I will recommend the place to anyone visiting Cape Town. It was a great place and lovely vibe.

It is minutes away (walking) from downtown Cape Town and a 20 minute taxi ride from beautiful Table Mountain, which you have an amazing view of from the hotel itself.
