  I have never been so impressed with the staff, than I have with those at this hotel. They could not do enough to ensure that you had a great stay. One of our highlights of our trip to SA. A credit to the hotel. Great location, so near the main lagoon, great design in rooms and great value. Within walking distance to the Waterfront. Secure, underground parking. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was lovely. Very cosmopolitan feel to the setting.

The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   Everything. Being in the travel industry, I have been to many guest houses, and this one by far is my favourite. Very clean, very comfy, but mostly, very friendly.
