  stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself!   The pictures are as you find it. A beautiful boutique hotel. We had room 11 for a full week, which was a huge apartment with a big patio outside overlooking the pool and garden. It had a giant four poster bed, comfy and clean. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere about the place. The staff were always courteous and polite.
