it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too.
the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me.

Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean.
Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel.
Good free wi-fi signal.
The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

It is easily accessible by car to Table Mtn., the V&A waterfront, and all the highways-40 minutes to Stellenbosch, half that to Cape Town International Airport; walking distance to the Community Gardens and 40+ restaurants. One of the best hotels I staied. View is amazing, very cozy room. At the first minute we felt like home. Good collection of books, there is even a coffe machine for exspressor. Certainly we will come again, if we go to Cape Town. Special word has to be siad about a host. Very nice woman and very helpfull. So all in all we loved it! -

The location cannot be beaten, just a few meters away from the ocean in a very safe area. And yet, it's easy to walk into town through Green Point Park.
The staff are excellent. A broken TV was replaced within 15 minutes.
The room is lovely, spacious and comfortable. Wifi is working throughout the premises.

I was upgrade to a seaview room at not extra cost. The staff were beyond wonderful. Very helpful and attended to my requests immediately. Yes there is contruction next door but it really didnt hassle me. I will DEFINATELY use this hotel for my future business trips to Cape Town and will be recommending to others. The staff were excellent I really felt like home, they did everything they could to accommodate all my questions and hopes. They even organized in matter of two hours notice a rental car with a good price and horse riding safari for me and printed all maps for me to find the place even without asking. The restaurant next door that serves also the breakfast has two amazing Italian guys running it, the food is brilliant (absolutely brilliant one of the best pastas and breakfast I've ever gotten

Highly recommended!
Burt and Bev are wonderfull people who really make you feel at home and let you do your own thing. Basicly the whole top floor is for the guests with great rooms with great views and own lounge/living room with a coffee machine, fruit, fridge with beer and wine. Just like you would have at home.

Clean, comfortable and in an excellent part of Cape Town. The area is safe enough to walk around and just up the road from the sea front. Burt, who is the owner is a wonderful host who will make you feel right at home. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town.
