Very, very, very clean hotel. Great design also. Very good bed and shower. Staff is very nice and friendly and also very helpful and effective. Good value for money Definitely we recommend this hotel. We felt like in home. staff was very caring an helpfull provides pick-up service to the airport (with fee) very well situated but quiet free coffee in the morning. The theme design (i.e decor) of The Glam hotel was awesome. The staff were also very friendly :).
kaikki arvostelut » The location is in the middle of the city. Going for walk from the Glam is highly recommended. The French design is breathtaking. Comfortable bed and the carpet are wonderful. different style of room very quiet location in center. Design of the hotel is great and location is superb!. Rochelle was extremely friendly and accommodating. The staff was friendly and very nyc decor. staff were lovely and very helpful. everything was satisfactory. The décor of the room. I liked the location, it was next to the green market square, very central. Really friendly staff and very central. The design of the rooms, really chic. The internet was a little bit slow. But as soon as we told the manager they try to improve it. No heater in the standar rooms. elevator is broken. Every time a person wants to use the bathroom or use a sink, they have to leave their room and go past the main reception to use these facilities. On on-suit bathroom for the standard rooms. 1. There is no air-conditioner in the room and with the toilet inside makes it difficult for airflow. 2. Parking on level four and there is no elevator to ground floor. You literally have to walk on slippery paving. access to reception, clients should have a pass. There are no toilets in the rooms, only a toilet outside for all the rooms. The open toilet in the room and have to buzz everytime to unlock the lift to enter the hotel as I went to the Jazz Fest and was standing outside for almost 5mins buzzing to have someone lock open the door. This was not accepted as it was after 2am and we were two women standing outside trying to get inside the hotel. the dfact that they still use keys and not access cards for their doors. Separate tiolet. I had the deluxe room toilet in room awfuls toilet smell. The fact that letsbookhotel.com told us it was a 70m² room and in the end it was 30m². The Glam is not a boutique hotel but rather a glorified guest house. No basin or toilet in room and 5 rooms are sharing 1 basin (without warm water). Privacy is limited. If you need a place to sleep and dont mind sharing the bathroom, then this is your place. If you expect a boutique hotel, you are bound to be disappointed. Actual hotel very quiet, but rooms/windows could do with sound proof glass. Breakfast, only continental available....Parking area, didn't make me feel like car was safe.
