Cosy place for a couple. Room isn't too big but enough for a couple. Complimentary Mini bar!
Location of main entrance was not very clear as it was at the back.

The room is comfort only that it is abit small.. But it's fine with me.. The only thing that i didn't like is that there are no water hose besides the toilet bowl.. Only have to used the shower.. Not convenient at all..
Very good location, easy to go anywhere. Staffs were the best. They had very good attitude and were keen to help any time. The free mini bar was excellent. Room was bit small but that's how it is in Singapore. Very comfortable bed. We got a corner room, so we had 2 different views which one of them was a great forest view. Cleanliness was not the best but OK.
The bathroom glass was transparent, it made us uncomfortable while taking a shower.

Convenient location as a transport hub -- MRT Circle Line & NE Line, Sentosa Express monorail, Sentosa Cable Car, many bus lines, taxis, Cruise ships. Convenient location for shopping -- across Vivo City and Harbour Front Center
Big groups of hotel guests arriving on a tourist bus or cruise liner going through the coffee shop to enter the hotel sometimes disturbs diners. Hotel guests who are not diners should have a separate entrance to the hotel.
Location excellent next to Singapore's biggest shopping mall and Santoso Island. Easy access to airport freeway. Will stay there again! Small room but excellent value for money.

The service is very good. The employees have been very reactive and arranging during my stay there. I really appreciated that. The room are modern and have all the comfort plus the internet is fast, location is good. I recommend this hotel for couples that are looking for an affordable quality hotel in Sg.
The bathroom and restroom not really separate from the sleeping area. Probably to save space which is understandable.

The hotel staff were friendly and informative. The location of the hotel made it really easy and cheap to catch a taxi to sentosa island. Free minibar was a bonus and although the room size was very small it was manageable with 2 luggages
Once again the room size was small but in a place like singapore that is to be expected. We also found that we could hear the noise in the other rooms very clearly.
Location, location, location.... simply perfect for a family holiday as far as the location was concerned.
while including the Mini Bar and WiFi in the price was an excellent feature, it would have been great if breakfast was included too. It was quiet a challenge finding a good and economical breakfast place for the group.
Comfortable stay in a smallish room. Bathroom and toilet is very small to non existent as in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay despite this, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's located near to sentosa station 5mins by walk. Two big malls at the opposite side . Bus station and subway station are close to the hotel. Very clean and mini bar is completely free . Hotel design is very fashion .

Rooms are way too small. Ridiculously small in fact. No room for luggage, not even a desk in standard room. Insanely small.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was super comfortable & the air conditioning worked well. The free mini bar was great. Location is perfect for shopping at vivocity & visiting sentonsa island.
The location is good. Near vivo city, good for travelers wanting to be near shopping or going to Sentosa without staying at the island itself.
There were bugs in the bathroom and the sliding door to the bathroom and toilet was creaky therefore it was noisy when opening or closing the doors.

Although the room is small. But the hotel is near the MRT station and go to sentosa is very convience. Walking to the MTR station HarbourFront station just 5 min. And easy to found my dinner in Vivo city
New hotel and near to many amenities. Vivocity and Sentosa is just walking distance. Transportation is easy as MRT and Bus stop just 2 mins walk.

Awkward entrance...cab dropped us off at a side door.
We reached the hotel at 10am, and they allow us for early check in! And upgrade our room from standard to deluxe and the drinks and tit bits in the fridge were given as complimentary to us. The location is superb as the Vivo City just across the road. Everything so convenient.

The location is fantastic: close to Vivo city and its range of restaurants and eateries; A short walk along the boardwalk to Sentosa and its beaches; a short climb up Mount Faber for its views over the harbour. The room, though small, has everything we needed for our lengthy stay - 10 days. The bed was very comfortable.

As the toilet and the shower is build in separately, i would prefer the toilet be equiped with a spray pipe. The room could also be bigger as it is quite cramped up.

The shower was excellent. The room was small but tidy and had everything that I needed.
The internet (or maybe the wifi itself) was slow and unreliable. My room was overlooking a motorway *and* another large road - if you can't sleep with traffic noise then this isn't the hotel for you.
The staff were amazing and having a free mini bar was great. Location was walking distance from sentosa which is excellent!

It is in a good location close to the Cruise Terminal, mrt and Sentosa Monorail.
The room we were given was the smallest hotel room we have ever had. There was not enough room for both of us to be moving around at the same time. We were told the next morning they were sorry for the small room, but they were fully booked that night, and that they have much better rooms and we would be given one nest time. As we booked about 6 months in advance, I would have expected to be given a decent room. No value for money here!!!!

The Gym needs Treadmill. The room I'd stayed the window door facing the pool was broken.

the room is too small, the bathroom door is wobbly, making noises. it should have 2 rails for the tempered glass, upper and also lower. so it won't fly around and make banging noises.
