This by far the best hotel I have stayed in in KSA. Service is excellent, response of the staff is so quick: room service coffee and cake delivery was less than 5 minutes. Airport pickup confirmed by email, sms and followed up by hotel. Location is good and within the main business district.

We were booked in a Junior Suite which was marvelous. Large fridge to cool my own stuff. Great amenities in the washrooms. Fast check in and check out. Helpful concierge. The food was good, I enjoyed the risotto and spaghetti. The tiramisu was delicious but the portion was a little too small. Omelette delicious.. Spa services were excellent. -
I liked the hotel in general,foods, the room was well furnished, the

The location of the hotel is close to kingdom tower about five minutes drive.

The hotel is nice, very clean and tidy the decoration is lovely eastern -
i made a reservation for a room and gave a notice that it's for honeymooners, they provided me with a free upgrade to a junior suite and free minibar. they also gace me a phone call asking if i wanted to pay SR700 and receive a package of a flower bouquet, cake, beverage and dinner, which i accepted, and was worthy.
