Hyatt Buytat is conviently located at Olya district within reach from most businesses and shopping centers. The apartment is very well furnished and nicely decorated. The apartment includes all utilities including a washing machine. The Wi Fi is very fast. The breakfast is very good a served either in the room or in the restaurant. The staff are firendly and helpful. This hotel is an excellent choice for business and shopping.
kaikki arvostelut » The hotel has a good location, on Olaya street but away from all the noise and traffic. The staff is very good. Nasser from the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. He assisted in transportation and guidance on what to do in the city. I arrived early that day and was given free early check in. Overall good experience. Big and clean appartments on almost 5 Star level with luxury shower, big TVs, Gym (incl. billiard, airhockey) with Schwimming-Pool etc. Staff tries everything to fullfill your wishes, even its actual furnished appartments than a hotel. Spacious & clean apartment with stylish furniture .. Staff were so friendly .. excellent price .. i'm staying there again inshallah. The staff are very friendly, every thing was perfect, near to the city center and most well known places like Kingdom Tower ..etc. you find all what you need for your stay , it is nice hotel for short stay for family or solo small and cosy. i like the location cause its near all the services. the hotel was very quiet. cleanness of the rooms. 1- Staff is very nice 2- Hotel is new 3- Complimentary breakfast 4- Quiet 5- Late check-out. Spacious apartment, in the middle of business district, clean, good pool and sauna. I loved the tidy of the place, size of rooms and the friendly staff. The price is somewhat expensive. The bed is a bit strong to sleep on. There is nothing to see from the room window except another building. TV Channels and breakfast could be more international. Stuff could speak better english. small rooms ,. Nothing. Not all taxi drivers know the hotel. Nothing. the buffet. Breakfast could be more menu. Internet service is weak; Cleaning the room was not organized;. No private car park. breakfast, breakfast, breakfast. Food. No restaurant, and small breakfast area. Not up to the standards I was expecting. أول ماوصلنا لم نجد من يحمل الشنط عنا رغم اني اتصلت وأنا في الطريق أخذنا غرفه في الدور الثاني ولكن كانت رائحة الحمام جدا مزعجه وقام الموظف بتغيير الغرفه لنا اللي أزعجني ان الموظف عارف بوجود الريحه من قبل ومع ذلك اعطاني هيا الفطور جدا سيء ماانصحكم تنزلو البوفيه عشان لاتنصدموا توجد كافتيريا بالفندق ولكن الموظف جدا سيء ومش نظيف كل شي تحتاجه اشتريه من براا. Old style building. Feel like a ghost. Poor facilities. No gym, although it says it has (there is 1 Bike...). Staff and the way they treat us they charge us more than they said it was.
