It is the closest hotel to the diplomatic quarter. It is a nice, clean, and modern hotel. The staff are very friendly. The room is big and with nice facilities. There is free valet parking at the reception. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool, jacuzi, sauna and steam room. They also enjoyed the free Jazeera sports chanels. I would definately book this hotel again if I have further work at the diplomatic quarter.

Abdullah in the front dist is a helpfull one. thank you Abdullah. room and hotel are cool. I will stay in it next time. Great place if you got business in the Diplomatic quarters or just needs a secluded quiet place from the city noise. Very modern and newly completed hotel. Great service and food, would definitely stay here again next time in Riyadh. Very clean hotel in nice place, the have really good "at your services" I would defiantly recommend this hotel. I actually got th for free because of the summer promotion, but I understand that they are chargable for the rest of the year. its far way from city cinter. The parking is a mess. Either get more parking on top, get an elevator for the lower park or a valet system. Didn't get my kingsize bed though requested it while booking, Internet is not free. The room service needs good care in kitchen cooking. No variety of restaurants Relatively small Lobby Room card always fails in Elevator No normal taxi service. Restorants are acceptable but variety of food and quality dose not match the high coast. Other places outside would provide much better services with lower cost. No free Internet and charge is applicable. none. Ideal for diplomatic quarter, but a 10 minute ride into the city. Useless hairdryer!. Low pressure shower Not soundproof room. 1. package doesn't include breakfast. The price is high. The room I got was far from the lobby. I had to walk long distance to reach it while carrying my baby. I came at 3:00 AM and I I did not find bags holder to carry ةmy bags. Nathing. staff still a bit inexperienced, but trying to make up for it by being friendly. Faraway from downtown, no public taxs and need to use hotel taxs, medium of beakfast And lunch, poor cafeshop menu ( has only 3 fresh jusice (orang, lemon, lemon & mint). No internet connection in media location. The food price and taste do not match. Too expensive and tastes cheap. none. Small pool. *the way they block money on credit card using pin no, as security.. amount is charged at card's currency , then balance is re-credited with different exchange rate !! you loose both ways.. **even if you pay cash in advance , they still ask to block certain amount on your cc........ just the way for the breakfast because when i ordered the breakfast in my room they charged me for it even though i have the breakfast offer. i asked the reception and they said i have to get it only at restaurante buffet.. That's only my point. No slippers in the room, Blind glass window,. Poor room service menu "Food". Some staff in the reception are not profissionals. the shower pressure was bad. bathroom Bath is not what you would expect for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel is far from the center of Riyad. Hot water in the shower. Awful Breakfast The overall atmosphere is for business only. Asked for non-smoking room, got one BUT smiled like an ashtray!!. Internet In rooms not free. Chick out procedure takes a lot of time due shortage of staff. The staff in the coffe shope stole my telephone mobile and ifeel the administration didnot take serious action. - high price and without brake fast - frustrated brake fast staff - no free wireless at the room. - facilities are very limited - food variety and room service food quality is not very high - breakfast quality can be improved. Cost more than worth, breakfast expensive and wifi is not free. Expensive daily rate and bad location, some room have black window because of girls school nothing near the hotel.
