Staff is really helpful and nice. Tasty breakfast, backed goods are delicious! Perfect location on water. Surprisingly high ceiling. All very clean and comfortable, good bed. As for the city, it's hauntingly beautiful. Don't buy kvass on Bogoyavleniya square though:). Lovely location along the embankment. Easy to walk to all the sights. And two amazing restaurants Poplavok and Sobranie are within a walkable distance.
