  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. I travelled with 83 years old mother and normally had... mitä ihmiset sanovat » dinner at the restaurant of the hotel, so 20% discount for meals for guests was pleasant addition:-) Love the carefully selelcted details in design, - It is an excellent boutique hotel in a very good location. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

  Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also continental food for foreigners.   The hotel is maybe not what you expect from 4 stars in Western Europe but for the price and service, I think it is a good deal. We had an executive room (note that minibar is not free in executive and standard rooms - unlike stated below) which was large and spacious, and very clean. In addition, there is a closet for your clothes with plenty of hangers, an iron board and - The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. They provided directions to the Metro, post office and other places of interest. They arranged tours for us as well as booking reservations for us in local restaurants. The staff were just incredible and so friendly. The breakfast was included in the room and the breakfast was buffet style, with a very large and fresh choice of foods, and they would make eggs / omelettes if requested. We had difficulty with our air conditioner and we advise

  It is a very worthy hotel. Nice, clean, neat, 5 min by feet to the nearest metro station. Breakfast is good (coffee, tea,milk, hot and cold starters, english toasts, juices).   That was our 4th time when we stayed at this fabulous hotel in St. Petersburg. I can highly recommend it to anyone who s interested in comfortable place in the quite and safe neighborhood in the centre of the city (check out the park nearby!). Service and facilities are great.   From the moment I made the reservation to the time I finally walked out the front door, the staff did everything in their power to make life easy. Their Tourist Visa Support was impeccable and the airport transfers were extremely punctual, excellent service. The hotel itself is excellent value for money. My room was massive and spotless.
