  From the moment I made the reservation to the time I finally walked out the front door, the staff did everything in their power to make life easy.   The location is nice and the rooms are big and always clean. They really do look like in the picture. Bathrooms were also clean. Beds were made. Wireless available, very high speed (we had the room next to the reception). All in all, I would stay there again.

Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions. Hotel also had a driving service to transport us to and from the airport and train station. Everyone spoke English. The only negative issue we had was that the omplimentary coffe was awful.
