We lived there in October 2013 in a standard room with bathroom and we liked this hotel very much. The location is good: it takes you only 3 minutes to get to the metro station Sadovaya. The hotel is very clean (it opened not so far, the repair is good, new furniture). The staff is helpful. There is no breakfast, but there is a good kitchen with fridge, microwave and electric ovens, knives-spoons-forks, an automat with snacks and water cooler.
