I made a reservation for two people of whom two could not come and that was fineable according the rules stated at letsbookhotel.com. We could agree at the desk that if the rooms are sold that evening the fine will not be applied, which has definitely happened. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is unbelievable for Moscow!

They offered us free laundry, the room was always clean, no loud noises and private bathroom - Room was clean, well furnished, and for Moscow quite quiet because it went to the yard.
