Very helpful and welcoming staff who were able to give good information and advice (in English) for getting around Novosibirsk. A nice quiet spot close to the city center and the train station. One of the best hostels we stayed. Free tea, good wifi, friendly staff and good location. Within 5 minutes walk of central novosibirsk and all the good food and shops. Overall a nice place to stay with very helpful staff, but with one bad downside (see negative section - maybe they can fix it).
