  Excellent staff who are very friendly and do all they can to help. Excellent bar facilities with 24-hour food available. Bar is open until 2am. Rooms are big, comfortable with tea/coffee, minibar. Staff speak relativly good English. Free wi-fi in some areas, left luggae facilitiy was useful.   Actually, we booked the room with the Secret deal and for this money everything was just perfect! We liked the interior design of the hotel, the room was nice - small, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa besides a king-sized bed. The stay was short but we will definitely recommend the hotel to others. - I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.

The whole hotel is a part of the Petroff Palace, and that makes it a really interesting place to visit. You see the old restored Russian palace and stay in a 4 star hotel. The restoration is new, and everything inside and out is newly painted and restored. Also, all safety measures are fully compliant with the most stringent Russian rules.
