the staff is really very nice and helpful. The hotel is in addition very close to the Leningradskij / Kazanskij and jekatirinburskij railway stations and close to the center. In addition the hotel is quite safe (you've got a security guard at the front door of the building).

the room may be a bit small and you may hear the shower. To find the hotel go into the court yard and watch at the cyrillic writings.

The water system is terribly noisy, it's impossible to get rest,
night and day. Even ear plugs are not enough to allow you to sleep.
no shampoo and shower gel in the room. I was in room №2, there were the awful smell of smoking in the toilet. :( It is not the hotel's fault, but very annoying.
No noise isolation in room. In the middle of the night we awake because someone next door turned TV on!!!! We heard each person walking through the corridor and also heard takling people in the street.
the room was very little. and very simple. without meat. and very very expensive for that comfort, condition. it was like a hostel. that is not hotel of three stars. do not lie peoples please.
The worst hotel I have been. I had no air conditioner in the room and I though I will got insult from the hot. Also I paid 3500 rub instead 3000.
