I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   I arrived by train and by taking Bus number 22 I have arrived at the Hotel an hour after. I had a very warm welcome from Alexander who explained to me all about the Hotel and the area.The room was very nice bed very comfortable and a nice warm bathroom. I totally recommend this Hotel. - I found there everything I needed - a working shower in a huge warm- floore (surprise!) bathroom, warm well furnitured room with a bottle of water for free (surprise!) and it was a real pleasure to have a cup of tea in bed, not in dining room (I asked the receptionist and he allowed me to take it from the ground floor) in the evening. The breakfast is wery reach.

I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.
