We couldn't have asked for anything more, all staff were exceptional and we wouldn't hesitate recommending, nor staying at the Ritz-Cartlon in the future. - Probably the best in Moscow. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. We would definitely go there again. - I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!!
