  Everything. From the time we stepped in (was my second stay there this year) everything went super smooth. I booked a regular double with patio view but was upgraded to 2-level room with the Moika channel view (cannot thank the hotel staff enough for that!). With 2 floors and 2 entrances on different floors you feel like you're a special guest. Add to that 2 TVs, a private - This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! It had everything we needed, including all the toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and complementary bottles of water.   I've been there the second time. This time I stayed on the ground floor not too far from reception. Nevertheless we had two seperate beds we could make them closely. The room was much better than it had been on the third floor before. I liked a girl from the hall bar, she was pretty, positive and attentive excepting another girl from reception. I bought my staying there by means - Helpful staff, they smiled all the time and did everything to help us! Good breakfast many choices! It's really close to "producti's" (small local grocery stores) and to some cafes and to pushkinkaya metro station, also walking to Nevsky prospect is not far a at all!!
