  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly our driver Andrew very helpful and interesting telling us the history the hotel a unique experience as was not generic just gorgeous something you would not find anywhere else in the world.   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   Absolutely perfect location. 3 minutes to Hermitage, 2 minutes to Nevsky prospect, 2 minutes to Church of our saviour on spilled blood 3minutes to Russian state museum ... so many amazing places around. Its pretty hard to find hostel so write down adress correctly. Hostel is pretty small so no chill out rooms. But kitchen, bathroom and rooms are... mitä ihmiset sanovat » really clean. Bed is comfortable. Personel who works there really try to help. Girls are very nice so for me 10/10. I DO recommend this hostel, don' - The location is superb - it's one block from the Church on Spilled Blood, and the Main Street Nevsky Prospekt, and 5 min walk to the Hermitage / Winter Palace. The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep the hostel very clean. We liked it so much (and found so much to do in St Petersburg) that we stayed a second week, and have already recommended it to other travellers. Thanks Natasha, Lena and Jane!
