  We had the most pleasant stay in this apartment. We've had mixed experiences renting apartments over the internet in the past, but this unit was EXACTLY as promoted. It was big, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The very best thing, and most important to us in our travels was the location. Everything was perfect, a value for money. We were four persons (elder and younger couples) and that was a perfect number of guests. Sauna and jaccuzi worked well, as well as wi fi.

  The staff was very helpful. They spoke very good English and were able to help me with translation issues and directions. I had a room on the street side, which I was pleasantly surprised did not have much noise. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a couple of English speaking channels on the TV. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit. - I really appreciated the outstanding service that that the staff offered to us. While there, I had my passport stolen by a pickpocket on a bus and Svetlana, a staff member, took us to the police station and assisted us by acting as a translator. While enroute to the station, she gave us a running commnentary on the sights in St. Petersburg. The food in the two hotel resturants were excellent, but the one called Marius had more choices.
