  Staff was very helpful. They checked on the terminal for my flight, printed out my boarding pass at the front desk when the lobby printer didn't work and arranged a wake-up call. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were extremely quiet. Two bottles of water provided free-of-charge in the room.   Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I would like to notice that breakfast is very diverse and tasty, so you will find what... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ever you want. - Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.
