  Staff was very helpful. They checked on the terminal for my flight, printed out my boarding pass at the front desk when the lobby printer didn't work and arranged a wake-up call. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were extremely quiet. Two bottles of water provided free-of-charge in the room.   Good service and hospitality. Very friendly staff. Good opportunity to relax - a swimming pool, saunas (included in the price). Extra pay spa - massage, etc. Quiet place, extremely good for families (especially with children). Breakfast and lunch are included in the price as well. Quite a lot of animation and evening events. In village spa is not included and it is far away from spa. So I suggest you correct it. Manager honoured me a hotel room for the price I have booked with you 6555 instead of 6900 ( I have stayed before direct booking this price)
