  The grounds were lovely and very well kept. There was a wedding occurring and it was lovely to watch the care the staff took to look after those guests. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was good and perhaps some of the best I tasted in Russia comparative to Australian food.   This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The people were wonderful and very helpful in dealing with the language barrier. If I ever return to the region I will stay at the Avshar Hotel.
