  We found the villa, grounds and decor to be elegant and the staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. The dining room is quite romantic and the lovely terrace is perfect for breakfast or lunch, although the weather was too chilly for us (but we certainly took many photos of the picturesque atmosphere). The room was luxuriously spacious with a clean, nicely tiled bathroom and large, deep bathtu - Situated close to the city center, into a residential area. Extremely kind staff, great food, Romanian specific. Very clean, nice and comfortable; all necessary amenities for a 5 stars hotel( except elevator, but not need for 2 floors). Parking space available , very helpful staff.

  We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

  Excellent breakfast( top level), great services, well trained staff at the restaurant. Avocado bistro manu is delicious, served in a warm, friendly atmosphere.   As a business woman, I am travelling a lot across many countries, but in this hotel I really felt like being in Paradise! I was amazed by the variety and richness of the breakfast. The SPA Center was also available 24h, and the receptionists were all very polite, professional and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport (10 mins away) and... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to the city center (10 min) and taxi is available anytime in 2 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! I had a wonderful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Paradis, the Hotel was very clean comfortable and the Spa was so relaxing. The staff at this Hotel were second to none, nothing was a chore. The Reception staff were with out doubt the most professional I've ever meet and really went that extra mile for us, so a big thank you to Laura and Miett. I would really recomend this City and Hotel it is well worth a look...

It is encompassed by lovely, virgin nature. A large forest surrounds the resort allowing visitors to take long walks or even hikes. The sports facilities are many, including a 9 holes golf course due to open soon. However, my favourite entertainment for the weekend was the outdoor swimming pool.   I liked the Jacuzzi bath - Simple room, value for money. Excellent parking opportunity (important there if you have a car that you do not like parking on the street). Well located. Jacuzzi in bathroom (!)
