  Its a very good looking hotel, with modern design. Very clean and quiet room with a big double bed. The staff was polite and helpful although they speak Romanian with a local accent. The restaurant is also good, serving both Romanian and international dishes and the breakfast buffet was quite wide-ranged. The bathroom was very clean with a shower ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » head that resembled a SciFi teleportation device and highly complicated faucets (good thing I'm an engineer). - I've been staying at many hotels in Cluj, but since now, this is the best option I've ever had; I'll definitely come back if I'll have to travel to Cluj again; Staff is very professional, and willing to help you, rooms are quiet, cosy with comfortable bed and anything you want inside, plenty of variety on breakfast - over all I'm proud that we have such 4* hotels at a decent price, in one of our major cities in Romania. Congrats for the 10+ mark.

  I came here for a week, initially planned to stay 3 nights here and the rest elsewhere, but ended up booking my entire stay with this hotel! The staff are really friendly, and cater for all your needs, the receptionist was so helpful she sorted my train times and bookings and was always there to lend a hand if I needed it.
