  The staff were just brilliant! Almost without exception, they not only did their job, but they clearly enjoyed it and made our conference there a lot more enjoyable! Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, location is very near to old town (5-10 mins stroll). - The view from the room was amazing. Staff very helpful.

  This is a true 5 star hotel and hard to find these days. Many others around the world claim they are and are far from it. At the Grand Continental I felt I was really being served as a guest and not passed through the doors like hundreds of others that have come before me. The coffee which so many hotels serve up heavily over brewed was served fresh. If - Absolutely loved the grandeur of the hotel and the room we were given. We were offered an upgrade when we arrived which was fantastic. The spa centre is 5 star with a very spacious jacuzzi and great sauna. The breakfast was fantastic and the location suburb. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfort.

  I love this hotel this is my second time here, always felt very welcome and the staff are very helpful and ready with many recommendations and what and where to go and do in the city. Initially was staying 3 days asked for an extension, no problem Mr Paul and Ms Michaela Manager were generous to offer an upgrade and easily arranged.
