Staying at this hotel is a life experience. We have visited many high-class hotels all over the world and this is one we will certainly not forget. The staff and the hotel itself makes you feel at home. Extremely clean and luxurious at all details. Not in the historic center of the town, but very cheap and convenient to reach the center by taxi. Next to the railway station which is very convenient for excursions to other towns.Rooms so big that gave you the impression you were in an appartment.

The evening was another opportunity for the relaxation: in room ordered seafood salad, a glass of wine from the room’s wine collection, fluffy bathrobe and the dimmable lights creating atmosphere made the stress of the day to be a memory... The attention and the prompt reaction of the receptionists , the f. The nicest hotel I have stayed in. Warm design, tastefully organized room, rich breakfast. The service was exceptionally and the front desk staff were very helpful and always smiling. The room had a comfortable bed and I especially liked the wooden doors concept that were dressing the bathroom. I would like a bed like the one from Kronwell in my home's bedroom! Clean room and great toiletries. If I return to Brașov I will certainly be staying at this hotel. We spend around two months a year in hotels and this is in my top three !! The staff are wonderful, from the boss, the manager and the guys who made our stay so special. Brasov is a great place to explore Transylvania, near the station and a cheap taxi ride to town. We ate every night in the hotel and the food was amazing, and good value. A great place to stay, can't wait to come back. The best corporate hotel in Brasov... the conference center is a big pro with everything that is to be controlled from an iPad- screen, lights... The staff was very attentive. When I arrived by train at 10am they let me have my room immediately and upgraded to a luxurious room with a ridiculously large bed, vast walk-in shower and plumbed-in coffee machine. Very close to the train station. I came to Brasov at a wedding and my stay at Kronwell was a great experience. From the morning breakfast until de late-check-out everything was great, the personnel was smiling and they were very helpful. From the room -the bed was fantastic :). Very good Hotel. There was a small problem with our room on 10th floor, but it was resolved instantly - we moved on 9th floor and we received a plate of cookies and a bottle of wine for the trouble :-) So, all good. The train station is quite a way from the (lovely) town centre. Nothing to complain about. As it is very nice hotel we suggest to have more chooses at breakfast with out mean the breakfast was not the proper and with many choose . The only thing we didn't like was that we have to ask for fresh water at the spa. Saturday night there was a party at the 3rd floor (us beeing at the 6th) and at 4:00 AM the music was still extremly loud and woke me up! The lights are very dim and you can't see almost anything in the mirror in the bathroom. The food in the restaurant is quite bad. If you have a low car you can not enter the underground parking area!. Everything was excellent, just a small negative experience: I asked for fruit tea, and only after 15 minutes they came to tell me that they were out of fruit tea. I was already finishing my breakfast. But I am sure this was a small incident not an overall problem. location. - extremely difficult access, in and out, to the underground parking; - young, unprofessional and lacking supervision personnel in the breakfast restaurant. Low lighting level in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was not what you would expect in a place like this. Spa wasn't ready yet so had to go out for a massage - which the hotel arranged efficiently. lighting a little too low in the room but that's just an observation. Nothing to complain about. Unable to get temperature in rooms under 23 degrees, even after getting help from staff and after changing rooms. A bit far from the old town if you don't have a car. The room is full of gadgets. car parking entrance and exit very difficult to insert ticket. I liked all!. Location is not ideal (but Brasov is a small town and taxis are very cheap, so not really a problem. Spa is not opened yet. nothing. Breakfast was not to diverse. Not enough lighting in the bathroom. Impossible to see yourself shaving. Missed a few whiskers before going to the office. The lighting is very good but it is extremely important that the bathroom is well lit, so the principle of lighting in the bedroom should not be extended to the bathroom. Looking forward to open the spa !.
