Staff amazing. Manager was waiting for me to check-in @ 3am. Warm and
friendly. Gave me her phone number, 24/7. Underground parking. Safe
and clean. Dedicated spot. Wireless, excellent signal. Shopping mall (I
guess the bigest mall of Cluj), around the corner. Very quiet during
the nite Location not too far from trainstation or airport. Kitchen
have all you can think of. Large balcony. Dont miss a coffee early in
the morning on the balcony watching the city waking up and listening

We stayed in this hotel for a football match (Cluj v Chelsea), the staff were excellent, when we arrived at Cluj airport the taxi's wanted 100 Lei (fare should have been 20 Lei), we contacted the hotel and they sent the barman out to collect us. - The staff is excelent and all the services are also very good.

Its a very good looking hotel, with modern design. Very clean and quiet room with a big double bed. The staff was polite and helpful although they speak Romanian with a local accent. The restaurant is also good, serving both Romanian and international dishes and the breakfast buffet was quite wide-ranged.

I've been staying at many hotels in Cluj, but since now, this is the best option I've ever had; I'll definitely come back if I'll have to travel to Cluj again; Staff is very professional, and willing to help you, rooms are quiet, cosy with comfortable bed and anything you want inside, plenty of variety on breakfast - over all I'm proud that we have such 4* hotels at a decent price, in one of our major cities in Romania. Congrats for the 10+ mark.
