  Location is really good - just a few minutes walk from old town square. Breakfasts were good but with limited choice of food.   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  We loved everyting about the hotel....the staff were very friendly and helpfull. the hotel was spotless..we really enjoyed our stay, and would return again. - Great location short walk to main square.   Great location, friendly staff - The room was excellent.We stayed for two nights and the maid was in after the first night cleaning the room ,making the bed etc.The staff keep out your road but are on hand if needed.Location couldn't be better.Thumbs up.

  Great location; in the middle of the forest, a lot of nature, if you are lucky you can also see dears. Very nice SPA, small, but that makes it very private and cosy.   Incredible stuf- I think this is the biggest adventage of this place- extrimly polite and helpfull. I travel a lot and have never met such friendly enviroment.   This is truly a fairytale castle, and you feel like a princess. The rooms are big and kept in the castle style. Pool area is wonderful. Staff nice and friendly, and most are very good at English. We also ate dinner at the hotel. Prices are a bit high compared to what you get in the near by town, but service was great and so was the food. T - I loved that the temperature of the indoor pool was actually warm! The food was wonderful and even my kids enjoyed the food.
