  We loved that ALL the staff we interacted with knew some level of English and were very, very friendly. The pool and spa area is absolutely wonderful! Our kids had a lot of fun eventhough it was a short 2 night trip. The hotel is very well kept and maintained. They also have secure parking. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate requests. There was a wedding reception happening the same evening I arrived and the staff made sure to put me in a room that they knew would be quiet and away from the party. Despite the party going on, I was able to arrange a meal in my room which was very tasty and arrived quickly.
