  Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a flu when arriving at Szczecin and was freezing even though it was objectively warm in the room. The staff immediately organised an electric heater extra for me. When I left a message that the hower water outflow needs restoring, they not only did it at once but also prepared a little surprise, a plate of co... mitä ihmiset sanovat » okies, to apologise.. Was not really expected from my end :) My room was a bit small (approx. 10 qm), though the bathroom was spacey. Overall, with a - The hotel is situated on a quiet street, near the city centre. Rooms are clean, basic, a bit dark but functional. There is also a lift. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with a wide choice, served in a lovely restaurant. Safe and secure parking. Would use again and recommend.
