Great location, just within the city and close to the souvenir center and various restaurants. The hotel has a roofdeck to hang out and unwind, great view of the city from above. Hotel staff are very hospitable and nice. Elevator is very convenient since we are travelling with elderlies. Room is kept clean with daily make up service. Overall is great and will definitely stay there again next visit. A true budget friendly hotel.
kaikki arvostelut » The room is spacious and the air con works well. There's an available hot and cold water every time the guests need to drink coffee or juice. The employees are always ready to help. They helped us bring our things up and even called a taxi whenever we need one. very accessible and clean, with polite staffs and very comfortable to stay.....very affordable...we will be back and will stay there again just kip me updates and will recommend to my friends and relatives...thank you. staff were very helpful,friendly and competent. room was very nice with frig, cable tv, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower even though the bathroom was a little small, but the room was good size. World-class budget hostel; a lot better than the other Southeast Asia hostels we previously stayed at: very clean, very quiet, with hot/cold water dispenser at the corridor. the place has a great location, quiet,walking distance to shopping area,and near accessible to transportation. Clean, employees are very friendly and very affordble at a great quality of hotel and services. The room and bathroom are acceptable and there was a good selection of channels on the TV. The rooms are good, clean, cozy ambiance & nice staff. The place is very accessible. It has a nice and friendly staff. Good place to stay. nice room, good location, budget price. Clean, staff, location, price. all except the leak. rooms. You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation, so facilities were very basic. Good for budget travellers/backpackers. Staff were friendly. Bed and bedding was clean. rooms were nice , clean ,staff were friendly. The staff are accommodating.. accessibility, since it is within the city vicinity and the elevator. staff were great. Hot water could be scarce in the morning and evening. But with the humid weather of Davao, who would need a hot water shower. Also, it could be an improvement to provide free airport shuttle service. Sometimes the service is not fast enough. It took us sometime before our breakfast was served which caused us to be late in our scheduled city tour. Free breakfast meals that comes with the package were not served on time. the breakfast has a very limited choices and the same variety everyday. The breakfast is prepared in the shack over the road and arrives barely warm and not when ordered. The wifi signal in the rooms is either weak or non-existent. To get a good signal, you need to sit in the corridor near the lift. ALU means Associated Labor Union ( the union occupies the 3rd floor ) and you sometimes wonder if "work" is a low level priority with the staff. Staff occupied some of the rooms. Plenty of "yes, sir" but not much action. Had a dispute with the amount owing on departure. None. a few ants came to our bed!. leak in the lavatory. breakfast outside. Wifi very poor. Breakfast very basic and was across the road at a small cafe. The choice of breakfast was very limited, and no western options. In serious need of updating, but as said before, you get what you pay for. breakfast was not great,lift did not work , alot of stairs to climb. We could hear the noise from the hallway and conversations from the room beside ours. I stayed twice in the hotel, and within my stay there, I observed that under the bed maybe hndi nila masyado nililinisan at sobrang kati ng bedsheet. the floor of the room sloped lots and the matress slid off its base with the slope toward the wall-there was only lukewarm water in the shower. hotel not well known the city of Davao, it is really hard to take taxi back the hotel if you are first time in Davao City. and the worst i experience when i am there, the fire alarm of the hotel is ringing while im resting inside my room i really feel nervous and afraid it is happen last August 19, 2013.
