  The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They even let us check-in early for free and gave us a great room location. The guards outside were also very helpful in pointing us to the direction that we wanted to go. Memory foam beds were very comfortable and clean, as well as the pillows and comforter. Just across the - A very comfortable place to stay with very courteous, helpful staff who easily went out of their way to assist and please their guests. I stayed there during the recent earthquake and was very impressed by the professional manner in which the situation was managed and very impressed by the generosity shown by the management during the crisis. I would have no problem in recommending the hotel to anyone and look forward to my next visit there.

  My stay at Cebu Marriott was not my first. I've stayed in the hotel both for business and leisure in the past. Its best asset is its location being just beside the Ayala mall and in the less crowded area of the city. What I liked the best during this last stay was how the staff handled emergency procedures during the earthquake.
