Since I did not speak Spanish, the receptionist was very helpful with translating my needs (from talking to taxi drivers to ordering delivery food for me). Just perfect! The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and perfectly clean. The fitness room has a lot of apparels and a wonderful view on the city as well as the swimming pool and the jacuzzi on the roof.
