The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The courtyard at the front is very peaceful and relaxing to sit and read.Internet connection was strong. Great breakfast - especially the Labneh and za'atar!. Breakfast. price. Its a bit out of the way from hustle and bustle of ramallah but its a easy walk and taxis are cheap and plentiful and the staff at the hotel can you a taxi at any time.
