  Went here for my annivesary. THe staff were professional and friendly. They didn't have the room I booked so they upgraded me to a two bedroom superior suite. The suite was clean and it had to balconies. The bathroom was lovely, and the bath was a lovely bonus. The location was great, central to Courtnay Pl; went to Te Papa and the embassy. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the staff made our stay welcoming, relaxing and ensured they knew our names for that extra personal touch.   Great location easy walk to Lambton Quay and other quality shops, bars, restaurants, Courtney Pl. An easy 15min walk to stadium we were in Wellington to watch Warriors vs Bulldogs game. Accommodation was excellent everything we needed in our apartment which was well suited for 4 guests. And called us a cab to airport when we collected our baggage well - The lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. We had trouble getting the tv to work, she explained and also offered to come to room and get it working. Also my daughter accidently dropped her ipod by lift which was found by permanent apt man, who phd us to arrange getting back to us - very honest and appreciated!

  We stayed three nights at room 1601 in Mercure Central Apartments and we found our stay very pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel till they day we checked out. Through out our stay they helped us with recommendations for restaurants and such, and we enjoyed their recommendations. It has many amenities like a fridge, microwave, kitchenwares, iron, etc. The bathr - The location was ideal for our purposes. The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent. We had previously stayed at another Grand Mecure and was encouraged to book because of this. Also our daughter is getting married at the Grand Mecure Monaco (Nelson) in Sept and we wanted to support Accor because of the service we are receiving from Clare and staff at Nelson.

  We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I don't know what other people can complain about. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.   The location was superb, right next to the waterfront and shopping. Facilities in the room were extensive and I wanted for nothing. The staff on check in were lovely and when I requested towels (none were provided initially but I assume that was because I'd checked in 2 hours early) she sent some uip immediately. The location is great - all that the CBD has to offer with easy access to the waterfront. We were impressed (and relieved) that the receptionist had made arrangements for us to collect the key as we arrived late due to a delayed flight.
