  The staff were exceptional, particularly the reception staff and the concierge. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of artwork on display, including the motorbikes - some pieces were outstanding. Being in the heart of the city was a huge plus for exploring on foot. The balcony was a great surprise that I wasn't expecting.   I booked two rooms for myself, my daughter and her bridesmaids to go wedding dress shopping in Wellington. The staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. Rooms were large and clean and very nicely presented. Although we had a car with us, we used the valet parking option and left the car at the hotel while we walked to all the wedding shops -... mitä ihmiset sanovat » very handy location for tourist activities, shops and waterfront. During our very short stay we had to get the car out of parking twice to pick bride - Staff were very friendly and helpful, finding out information for us. Location was great, very handy for Te Papa museum and easy walking distance to the harbour front and also to restaurants, shops etc nearby. Room seemed newly decorated and was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay there if in Wellington again!
