  The staff were exceptional, particularly the reception staff and the concierge. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of artwork on display, including the motorbikes - some pieces were outstanding. Being in the heart of the city was a huge plus for exploring on foot. The balcony was a great surprise that I wasn't expecting.   We absolutely loved our stay at The Museum Hotel and didn't want to leave. I read so many varying reviews on the hotel before making the booking and after staying here can confidently say that it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. I don't know what other people can complain about. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great for - I thought the place was fabulous! My 11 year old and 17 year old were very happy and comfortable too! The location is excellent and we made use of the cafe and proximity to the museum and courtney place buses and eateries! Would definitely stay here again and even my husband enjoyed viewing all the various art works. 9.5/10

  Iorn, the great heater, comfort, great bed, was able to sleep all night, quiet even though we were in the middle of town. Also, despite the very central location, my room was very quiet. The staff are the biggest asset to this hotel, they were so professional and friendly and no matter what time I left my room or what time I returned, it was always serviced upon my return.

  letsbookhotel.com said it had taken my full payment at the time of booking. The hotel didn't actually claim that payment which resulted in a dispute on departure when I rightfully said I'd paid.
