We immediately fell in love with this motel, there was so much space for our 21 month old to play out on our private outdoor patio area and it was a very comfortable chalet. We also loved being so close to the water and being walking distance to Tairua town. Glenn was also very kind and extremely helpful. We will be back again one day. -

Loved everything, paku lodge was in the perfect spot only 40min each way from all the locations we wanted to visit. Also what shocked us with surprise was that all the utilities and facilities where all free at paku lodge, kayaking, fish and also the scenic view walk at the top of the mount it was defiantly a life time experience I will defiantly visit again this summer

Friendly on arrival - helpful with local information - Gary was exceptional and a great host. We very much enjoyed staying here. Nothing was a problem when we asked and gave us a sense like this place was a home away from home. How close it was to go for a meal at the local restaurants, all within walking distance. Thank you Gary. -

Apartments were clean and well equipped and very comfortable. Use of Laundry and wifi included in charge.We were well looked after by our hosts and would recommend Pauanui Pines to anyone.
