  The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. They answered all our munerous questions about the area, as we had not been in this location before. They gave good advise about things to see and transport. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very helpful. Secure car parking below hotel was excellent and convenient.   The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. We have never experienced such excellent customer service - Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Although the room was not especially large, with one queen bed it did not feel at all cramped. The level of customer service was exceptionally high, the room and bathroom were slick, functional and modern, and the buffet breakfast sumptuous! The Weekend Rate is very good value, if two people share a room.
