  Charles, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. He made us most welcome and wanted to make our stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible. He gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The peaceful location was excellent for getting to all the major attractions. The stocked kitchenwas a fantastic addition to our stay. Charles was a fabulous host! ThePark Mansion was so comfortable that it was a pleasure to come back torest and relax before the evening activities.   Highly recommended for a visit to Amsterdam Staff were outstanding We had a medical issue and the night receptionist (at 4am) really went the extra mile to help us. Room was very modern and comfortable and quite large by european standards, high standrad of bedding and amenities such as flat screen TVs. I highly recommend this hotel to any travellers looking to enjoy a great valued option compared to other ones in this expensive city.
