We were met at the apartments by Kai who explained everything for us and gave us some great tips on things to do whilst we were there.
The apartments were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. It was located a few minutes from Dam Square, one of the main attractions in Amsterdam. There was a great view of the river Amstel from the apartment windows with all the boats passing by at regular intervals.

Location is fantastic. It's in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk to a tram (not that you need it!) 10 minutes walk to the Dam/shopping area. Absolutely spot on.
High standard of accommodation, comfortable sofa, quality furniture, lovely bathroom, well equipped in terms of TV, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc.

I do not have anything bad to say about this apartment . It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. it was very cold when we arrived and our host had the heating switched on,nice touch. It is in a great location, within walking distance of the main sights and there are lovely shops and cafes around the corner. Will definitely stay here again.

Number 4 tram runs every few mins about 5 mins walk away to central Amsterdam!
I would recommend this apartment to anyone hoping to see the sights and visit Amsterdam with a little luxury.

The building was freshly renovated, the place overall good, fully equiped. Also, I would like to recommend the friendly and reliable staff: we have left there a luggage with some expensive stuff and they had been very helpful to get our luggage back.

We were delighted with our stay in the blue houseboat . The location was perfect for what we wanted to do , ie see the Anne Frank house , the Van Gogh exhibition at the hermitage , the Rijks museum , eating out and wandering the shops of the nine street and Jordaan areas . The houseboat itself was very cosy and spotless , just like sn apartement , with all we could need for our stay. Guy was most welcoming and helpful . It was a lovely way to see Amsterdam .
